2. site selection:
The installation position of truck scale should have a good drainage channel, and will not be flooded with truck scale due to rainstorm or flash flood. For shallow foundation pit, drainage channel should be set up. In addition, the two ends of the truck scale must have a straight length of enough length for the upper and lower scales of the vehicle. The two ends must be at least equal to the length of the scale.
Another factor that affects the installation position of weighing apparatus is the number of cars you weigh every day. If you weigh only about twenty cars per day, a car balance should be enough to make a double - phase road. If you have to check in about 50 cars every day, you need to get ready to stop, a car balance should be enough, and it's best to prepare a by-pass. If you go far more than 100 cars a day, you should consider two car scales at the same time. In use, each weighing instrument can weigh heavy cars or empty cars in two directions and use by-pass.
You should consider: where should the car stop? Do you want to queue up at the time of the pound? What happens to heavy snow, heavy rain or during peak season? And so on, you need to pay attention to it.
3. basis:
The truck scale must be built of concrete foundation. This foundation must be excavated below the local permafrost line. In the construction, the concrete marks should be guaranteed. The embedded parts should be poured to ensure the geometric dimensions of the level, the position degree and so on. In the irrigation of concrete, it is necessary to ensure the non displacement of the embedded parts. After completion of the foundation pouring, it shall be maintained according to the civil code, and the truck can be installed only when the concrete reaches the design strength index. If we want to shorten the curing period, we should take measures such as adding "early strength agent" under the guidance of professional technicians. To prevent thunder, you should set up a grounding pile according to the local conditions and ensure the grounding resistance <4 Europe. From the center position of the scale to the pound room, a pipe should be laid to wear the signal cable.

The pound room should be close to the car scale, in order to place weighing instruments, or computers, printers and other equipment. 5. installation and verification:
In most cases, the units are responsible for installation and commissioning, and the manufacturers assist in installation.
